Microsoft JScript runtime error: AjaxControlToolkit requires ASP.NET Ajax 4.0 scripts.

After including a control from the ASP.Net AjaxControlToolkit I got this error: Microsoft JScript runtime error: AjaxControlToolkit requires ASP.NET Ajax 4.0 scripts.
